Banana Little Bites Muffins (No Added Sugar, Kid-Friendly Snack)

- 4 ripe bananas
- 2 eggs
- ½ tsp vanilla
- ½ C melted butter
- 1 ½ cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ cup mini chocolate chips OPTIONAL
Preheat oven to 350° and lightly grease a mini muffin tin.
In a medium bowl, mash banana and mix in eggs, vanilla, and melted butter.
Add in all of the dry ingredients and mix just until combined. Optionally, let batter rest for 10-15min.
If using, add in the chocolate chips (or any other add-ins) and mix just until incorporated.
Scoop a tablespoon of batter into each cup of the mini muffin tin.
Bake at 350° for 10-12min
