Banana Little Bites Muffins (No Added Sugar, Kid-Friendly Snack)

Soft, naturally sweet banana little bites muffins made with simple pantry ingredients and no added sugar. Perfect for toddlers, kids, and freezer-friendly family snacks.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 2 eggs
  •  ½ tsp vanilla
  •  ½ C melted butter
  • 1 ½ cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  •  ½ tsp salt
  •  ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips OPTIONAL

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350° and lightly grease a mini muffin tin.
  • In a medium bowl, mash banana and mix in eggs, vanilla, and melted butter.
  • Add in all of the dry ingredients and mix just until combined. Optionally, let batter rest for 10-15min.
  • If using, add in the chocolate chips (or any other add-ins) and mix just until incorporated.
  • Scoop a tablespoon of batter into each cup of the mini muffin tin.
  • Bake at 350° for 10-12min
  • ENJOY!

Notes

  • If making these as standard size muffins: bake at 425° for 7min then 350° for 18-20min
